This is a beginner to intermediate yoga program, combining breathing techniques(pranayama), static and dynamic postures(asanas,) and quiet mind practices. Participants will experience improved physical fitness(stability, mobility, strength,and power) and mental coherence specific to golf and overall well-being. This program is open to both men and women. Please bring a towel, soft belt, water bottle, and yoga mat (if you have your own).
